What's a WebDialogue?

A WebDialogue is an online communication tool that enables large or small groups of individuals, often including subject experts and policymakers, to learn about, discuss, and take action on issues. These dialogues are web-based asynchronous discussions usually taking place from 2-4 days. Unlike discussion groups, Webcasts, or other web tools, WebDialogues allow people to participate anytime during the multiple day agenda that best suits their interest and their schedule.
