Ways to Participate

Live Webinar

Watch the presenter show slides and handouts on your computer screen, while listening to the presentation on your telephone. You can interact and ask questions.

Participate in online polls, questions, and view related websites and resources. Ask questions by typing in the chat window or talking on the phone.

To participate in the webinar, you will need the following:

  • Ability to use the Internet and the telephone at the same time.
  • Check your computer for compatibility. Check your computer at least one day before the event to test your computer's capacity to support the webinar.

At the time of the event, you will need to do the following:

  • Once you have run the wizard, go to the CTAG Webinar Room at: Live Classroom
  • Use the PARTICIPANT login. Type in your name only and please note, NO password is used; hit enter.
  • You will see the Run Wizard page. At the bottom of the page, use the link to "click here" to enter.
  • You will then be placed in the room where it reads, “Welcome to CTAG Webinar Room.”
  • Call the toll free conference call participant number 1-866-210-1669 and enter your passcode 8750275#

Live Teleconference with PowerPoint Slide Presentation

Download your own copy of the PowerPoint presentation to print or view from your computer and listen to the presenter by phone. You will be able to interact and ask questions over the phone.

To participate in the teleconference, you will need to do the following:

  • Download the PowerPoint presentation (usually posted one day before the event) so you can follow along with the slides
  • Call the toll free conference call participant number 1-866-939-0190 and enter your passcode 2486903# at the time of the event.

Access Past Events

After the event, you may view the archived webinar, with accompanying resource materials from the event. You can watch and listen to the presentation, questions, and discussion as it happened in the live event.
