Description: During these times of high accountability and fiscal restraints, it is imperative that educational organizations develop internal capacity to meet the needs of high quality professional development for their staff. This workshop is the first step in the building of that capacity.

The California Staff Development Council (CSDC) is offering county offices, districts and schools the opportunity to review the National Staff Development Council (NSDC) Professional Development Standards and their application to the development of a practical and impactful professional development plan.
